Highway 17 is my 2nd favorite level of HL2, it was a tough choice for me between Water Hazard and Highway 17. Yeah Water Hazard is great as well, and I also love Follow Freeman. Half-Life: Xen (unpopular opinion but I love it: Xen is not meant to be a beautiful place we see in the Black Mesa remake.
